CONSUMER WARRANTY: FULL SYSTEM INSTALLATION Illini Waterproofing, LLC fully warrants the areas waterproofed to be free from water seepage for the LIFE OF THE STRUCTURE, regardless of ownership.  Should service to Illini’s system be required due to seepage, it will be performed at no additional cost to the client.  This warranty does not cover: backing up or plugging of sewers, flash floods, condensation caused by high humidity, below floor check valves, damp spots or discoloration of walls or areas of seepage not contracted for work on the original Agreement.  Sump pumps are covered under a separate manufacturer warranty.   CONSUMER WARRANTY: EXTERIOR FOUNDATION CRACK REPAIR Due to the absence of any inside work to relieve hydrostatic pressure through the floors or in some cases through the walls, Illini Waterproofing, LLC has performed crack repair at the address listed below on the specific date below. Illini Waterproofing issues this warranty with the guarantee that should any leakage occur from the repaired crack(s) as a result of the materials used or workmanship during the one year period, Illini Waterproofing will provide service at no additional cost to the original purchaser.  This warranty will be voided in the event damage to the repaired crack(s) occurs as a result from the following: earthquakes, mine subsidence, downspout detachment, improper grading, gutter dumping and lack of routine exterior maintenance. This warranty is not transferable.   CONSUMER WARRANTY: SUB-SOIL Due to the absence of any inside work to relieve hydrostatic pressure, we Illini Waterproofing, LLC., hereby warranty the outside drainage pipe and gravel system for the home located at the below address, for the owner(s) also listed, for the Life of the Foundation against the following, (A) Lifting of the pipe through the earth to be exposed above ground level, (B) against clogging due to the joints coming loose. This warranty will cover all workmanship to this system. This warrant will not cover seepage of water through sub-soil foundation, floors, walls, or where the basement wall meets the floor. This warranty will also be voided due to earthquakes, mine subsidence, or any outside digging by any all persons, known and unknown.  This warranty is not transferable.
